Our Team

Rich Hannan

Director of Operations

After pursuing a thirty year medical career predominantly in Cardiology, Richard has come to a point in his life through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, to pursue something greater than himself. Accepting Christ in 2008, God has changed his desire to serve others by focusing on the spiritual aspect of the heart rather than the physical. It was a call he could no longer ignore. So with the support of his wife Kim and two amazing kids, Maxwell and Mitchell, Richard made the decision to surrender his career to serve the living God. Through His guidance, the Lord has brought Richard here to the CITA Rescue Mission to serve in an effort to rehabilitate men from homelessness and strongholds in their life.

As a Spiritual Counselor, Richard works with the men in one on one discipleship studies that assist in their Spiritual growth and Biblical knowledge of the Word of God. The truth is that, "Christ is the Answer" to the questions of the heart. The storms of life have no boundaries. Through a personal relationship with Christ, men and women alike find a lasting peace that surpasses all understanding. A new perspective that's freeing, allowing healing and restoration to take place so that they never find themselves homeless again, or in bondage from addiction. Richard serves our Mission both in a spiritual capacity and by directing the day to day operations of the Mission.
