Board of Directors

Every member of CITA's board of directors is a faithful leader who has made significant contributions to our community and CITA Rescue Mission.   Each one is passionate about seeing lives changed through the power of Jesus Christ. 
  • Trey Etheridge Founder: MPACT Men’s Ministries Trey Etheridge of Melbourne, Florida, heard God’s calling at the age of 12 at a summer church camp in his home state of Texas. A graduate of Texas Tech University, he’s enjoyed a successful 30 year career leading top sales, marketing and business development teams in the Consumer Goods and Pharmaceutical industries. He also was the owner of a sports training facility in Orlando, motivational speaker and a sports talk radio host. Even though Trey has always been a believer, a church going fixture in his community and an “apparent” successful family man, he continually turned his back on God through sin until life was too much to handle on his own. One evening in 2010, riddled with the guilt of his sins and facing financial and personal ruin, he experienced a moment of truth where he had to reconcile with God through confession and repentance as he finally understood God’s grace and his identity as a Christian. The light God shined on him that day was the initial motivation for MPACT Men’s Ministries (Men Passionate About Christ) which he founded in 2015. Trey’s passion is motivating men to understand who they are as believers and to plant seeds for those that don’t know Christ. He hopes his message of “Getting Real “ IN Jesus is gripping, thought provoking and affirming of God’s unconditional love of men in spite of their brokenness. Trey’s loves all sports; watching his son, Garrett, accomplish his dreams; and most of all, sharing a Christ centered life with his wife, Donna.
